No fillers. No dyes. No junk. Every other mix on the shelf is citric acid and food coloring pretending to be fruit — this is just lemons, the way lemonade was supposed to be made.
Rip it. Sip it.
We source organic lemons grown right here in California and freeze-dry them whole — the entire fruit, nothing removed. Then we grind them into a powder and seal it in a pack. That’s the entire process.
Why whole fruit matters: almost everything on the shelf is made from juice, or worse, juice flavor. Squeeze a lemon and most of the fruit goes in the trash — along with most of the fiber, the vitamin C, and the aromatic oils that actually make a lemon taste like a lemon. We use all of it. Five whole lemons go into every gallon pack, and all five arrive in your pitcher.
Makes one gallon. Takes thirty seconds.
- Rip the pack into a pitcher
- Add 1 cup sugar
- Fill to 3½ quarts with cold water and stir hard
- Pour over a full glass of ice
Chef’s tip: dissolve the pack and sugar in 2 cups of warm water first, then top with cold. Zero grit, every time.
That 3½ quarts isn’t a typo — ice melts, and we already accounted for it. Your last glass tastes like your first.
You control the sugar.
One cup makes a classic pitcher with about a third less sugar than the bottled stuff. Want it lighter? Use ¾ cup. Sweet-tea sweet? Add another half. Skipping sugar entirely? Monk fruit or honey both work. We ship it unsweetened on purpose — the sweetening is yours to make.

Naturally a source of vitamin C and fiber from real fruit. No dyes. No fillers. No preservatives.
Five organic lemons cost more than this pack at the grocery store — and they’re compost in two weeks. This sits in your pantry for a year and makes a gallon whenever you want one.
