Reheat Guide

California BBQ · Fully cooked · Vacuum-sealed · Ready to heat · Ready to eat

Reheat gently. High heat can dry out meats and overcook proteins.

Reheat in Hot Water

Sous vide it

Keep it in the sealed bag. Juices stay locked in, heat stays gentle, nothing dries out. It’s that easy.

3 Easy Steps

Step 1: Hot water simmer

Bring a big pot of water to a gentle simmer. Small bubbles, no rolling boil.

Step 2: Drop the bag in

Keep it in the sealed bag. Flip it over halfway through.

Step 3: Heat and eat

Heat for the time listed below, lift out carefully, tear open and eat.

No Stove? Use Hot Water From the Sink

  1. Run the hot tap into the sink or a big bowl until it’s hot.
  2. Drop the sealed bag in, fully under water. Flip it over halfway through.
  3. Turn the water flow down, but keep it running until the food is hot.

Safe to Heat in the Bag

Every Sporkies meal is sealed in high-temperature cook-in vacuum bags made for boiling-water heat.

These tough bags are made to handle the heat, so your food stays safe and tastes just right. Drop the bag in and let it warm up.

Quick Rules

  • 165°F inside for all reheated meats.
  • Do not boil. Keep water at a gentle simmer.
  • Thaw in the fridge, never on the counter.
  • Frozen? Use the longer heat time.
  • Go gentle. High heat dries out meat.
  • Oven or air fryer? Take food out of the bag first.
